Processing Time

All orders are prepaid.
Exact delivery time and applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout based on your delivery pincode and cart.
Split Shipments
If your order contains products from different warehouses, your items may arrive in separate packages at no additional cost.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation through SMS/email containing your tracking details and tracking link.
Delivery Delays
We aim to meet the estimated delivery timelines. However, delays may occur due to:

- High order volumes.
- Other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We will notify you about significant delays whenever possible.
Undeliverable or RTO Packages
If an order is returned to us because the address is incorrect, the package remains unclaimed or delivery cannot be completed, we will contact you regarding the next steps.
Any applicable reshipping charges may apply.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
